It is now easier and quicker to get the good quality medical care provided by Moscow Medical because we are now offering a same-day walk in service for your immediate health care needs. No appointment necessary. You can also continue to make appointments for all your routine medical check-ups.
After making your initial appointment you will need to arrive 20 minutes early to fill out new patient
information form or you can print the form here and fill it out and bring it in 10 minutes early. Please
bring your insurance card with you to every visit.
When you call for an appointment, please let us know the specific reason for your visit. If you have more than one problem, please mention this when making an appointment. This allows us to set aside enough time to meet your needs.
If you cannot make your appointment time, please let us know as far in advance as possible so we can give your appointed time to another patient.
