Appointments

It is easier and quicker to get the good quality medical care provided by Moscow Medical because we are offering a same-day appointment or walk in service for your immediate health care needs. You can also continue to make appointments for all your routine medical check-ups. After making your initial appointment you will need to arrive 20 minutes early to fill out a new patient information form or you can print the form here, fill it out and bring it in 10 minutes early. Please bring your insurance card with you to every visit and please read our financial policy.

When you call for an appointment, please let us know the specific reason for your visit. If you have more than one problem, please let us know. This allows us to set aside enough time to meet your needs.

If you cannot make your appointment time, please let us know as far in advance as possible so we can give your appointed time to another patient.

Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Directions: We are located at 213 N Main St. Moscow ID, 83843. We are approximately one block south of Rosauers, in the building with the big green awning.

Emergency:If a life-threatening emergency exists, you should call 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency room. If the situation is not life-threatening, please call (208)883-5000 to page the medical provider on call. The provider on call will help you decide if you need to be seen, or what home measures can be safely tried first.

After Hours: Emergencies after normal business hours will usually be handled at the Gritman Medical Center emergency room. However, if the emergency room facilities are not necessary, we can sometimes arrange to meet you at Moscow Medical for emergency care at times when the clinic is not open.
