Part-Time and Full-Time Medical Assistants
The medical assistant must maintain an efficient and organized workflow, assist physicians with quality patient care, and performing necessary follow-up items in a timely and accurate manner while exhibiting a positive outlook. Necessary skills include, rooming patients, taking vitals, administering medications, therapeutic injections, and immunizations, as well as performing tests, vision screening, hearing screening, assisting with minor procedures, and placing orders as directed by physicians. Experience in a medical office with electronic medical record preferred, but not required.
Patient Service Representative
The patient service representative must be committed to delivering excellent customer service and demonstrate the ability and willingness to accept change within the scope of the position in a positive and professional manner. General responsibilities included, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, checking in and out patients of the clinic, reviewing patient demographics, faxing and scanning patient documents, verify insurance eligibility and referrals. Medical office experience is preferred but not required.
Board Certified Family Physician
